Originally constructed in 1901 as the Armstrong Cork Factory, this landmark structure will be artfully converted into 298 loft apartments. A 427-space parking garage and over 47,000 SF of retail shops will also be constructed on an adjacent lot. The buildings’ classic red brick façade, a historic smokestack, and engine room along with other original details will be restored and incorporated into the re-development.
