Nationally, real estate prices have been in an almost constant decline for the past year.
BusinessWeek asks, though, if there are places in the U.S. where home values are in fact increasing, rather than decreasing. Boulder, Colo. comes out the winner--the share of homes with increasing value there rose nearly 60 percent.
And Pittsburgh came in at No. 6 as the sixth stronger housing market in the U.S. The median home value here is $108,700, and the share of homes with increasing values is 48.80 percent.
