Pittsburghers are among the nation's most courteous drivers, according to a study by Conn.-based AutoVantage. The fourth annual In the Driver's Seat Road Rage survey seeks to understand driving habits across the country and learn more about consumer perspectives on road rage.
Last year, Pittsburgh was rated as the No. 1 most courteous driving city; this year it comes in at No. 5, while Portland, Ore. moves up to No. 1.
