A new professional office building will soon join
Robinson Township’s Rte. 60 corridor.
RBI Development recently closed on the purchase of a parcel located near the intersection of Rte. 60 and Church Hill Rd. Providing the area with much-needed medical and office suites for purchase or lease, the 30,000 square-foot Class-A Settler’s Ridge Professional Building will be built adjacent to the Robinson Medical Center. The three-story property is designed to be configured into as many as six suites, with floor plans ranging from 3,000 to 10,700 square feet.
“We’ve had meetings with medical groups, and brokers and office people have expressed interest. One of the partners has the building directly above it and there are a lot of medical uses there, so there could be complementary businesses,” says John Watson with
Fourth River Development. “There’s a very good chance for first-floor medical retail, professional and medical suites on the middle floor and the top floor being condo-ed.”
Construction costs for the project are $3 million. The property will be managed by RBI Development; Fourth River Development will serve as sales and leasing agent.
Lami Grubb Architects is designing the building; contractor is
Repal Construction.
“Here again, it's location, location, location. There’s easy access for patients and businesses to 60, the Parkway and on to 79 . We’re not right on Route 60 where it’s heavily congested,” adds Watson, who says construction will start in early spring of 2008. The project will also be located near a planned 600,000 square-foot
shopping center under development by
Faison Enterprises and
CBL and Associates Properties.
