We've been able to find exceptional local candidates across a wide range of disciplines including hardware engineering, software engineering, sales and marketing," says Siket. "Additionally the university systems, specifically Carnegie Mellon and Pitt, provide a fertile recruiting ground for new graduates with the skills to immediately contribute to our business."

Netronome's newest product was their first processor, announced early this year, which enables intelligent and secure communications between in an ever growing world of devices and applications. Siket sees only big things for the company as they plan to expand their sales and marketing into 2011 as they continue to seek out new customers and product designs.

"We are truly just beginning - with many more applications for our technology to be explored," says Siket.
